- What currency are your prices?
- Our prices are currently in US dollars (USD). We're trying to convert to pickled herrings, but it hasn't quite caught on yet.
- Do you accept returns?
- We accept all returns in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.

- How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping is FREE if you buy two or more cases, otherwise it costs only $3.99 to anywhere in the world! Can you get much better than that? We doubt it, and we checked.
- How long does shipping take?
- Depending on where you live, shipping normally takes 3 business days. Add a few more days if you live in a hidden city under the sea.
- Where do you ship from?
- Our warehouse, fulfillment and shipping facilities are located in Sparks, NV, USA.
- Where do you ship to?
- If you can get there by train, plane, or automobile, we can ship to you. Except to the moon; we're working on that — give us a couple more months.
- Do I get a tracking number?
- Tracking numbers are currently only available for domestic orders within the USA. The tracking number and link will be available in your shipping confirmation email.
